Featured Wildlife Expeditions
Witness the raw beauty of nature in India's most protected reserves.
Irrawaddy Dolphins
This is an excellent shot. Irrawaddy dolphins are notoriously difficult to photograph because they can be erratic swimmers and often don't breach high out of the water like other species. Catching two of them together with their heads clearly visible is a very lucky and well-timed moment!
Mugger Crocodile
This image captures a Mugger Crocodile (also known as a Marsh Crocodile) resting on the sandy floor of an enclosure. It is basking, lying motionless to absorb heat from the sun—a vital behavior for cold-blooded reptiles to regulate their body temperature.
Indian Cobra
The snake is unmistakably an Indian Cobra (also known as the Spectacled Cobra). The most defining feature visible here is the spread hood. Cobras spread their neck ribs to form this hood when they feel threatened or excited, which makes them appear larger.
