To secure a reservation for our tours or guide services, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• We accept payments via Credit Card, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
• Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email once payment is verified.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 48 hours to 7 days notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund will be issued.

4. User Responsibilities

As a participant in our tours, you are responsible for:

• Arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
• Respecting local culture, customs, and wildlife regulations.
• Ensuring you are physically fit for the chosen activity (e.g., trekking).
• Safeguarding your personal belongings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Explore With Lalit prioritizes your safety. However, by booking a tour, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from activities beyond our direct control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party transportation services.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process (such as names, contact details, and payment info) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and will not be sold to third parties.
